Probably "griping" would be more accurate, as I'm not much of a ranter, but that wouldn't sound as exciting.

• Web rant: This was my home page for a year. The links within are now broken, and the new locations I found for them have likewise broken (links have a half-life of about 1.5 years). So, I've mirrored their content: ["phase out"] and ["meaning"].
